Relax now. Lie back and relax. You can feel safe and relaxed while you focus on my voice. All you need to do for the moment is listen to my voice. I'm going to give you some simple instructions that will help you relax and fall into a trance.

You need to take deep breaths in. And out. A deep breath in. And out. Try to get into the rhythm of in. And breathing out.

You are going to go through some simple exercises to help you relax. You just need to listen to my voice, and focus only on my words. Let any background noise around you fade away as you focus on my words and follow my easy commands. Focus on my voice, and follow my instructions.

You're going to tense and relax some parts of your body while you continue to take deep calming breaths.

Whenever I say the word tail you will know I am talking about your legs. Whenever I say the phrase weapon bay I am talking about your stomach.

Now tense your tail a little. Hold it. And relax.

Again, tense your tail slightly. Hold it. And relax.

Good. Remember, your stomach is called your weapon bay.

Now tense your weapon bay. Hold it. And relax.

Again, tense your weapon bay. Hold it. And relax.

Now tense your tail again. Hold it. And relax.

Good. You took that on board easily. Whenever I say wings you will know I am talking about your arms. Whenever I say the word cockpit you will know I am talking about your head.

Now tense both of your wings a little. Hold it. And relax.

Again, tense your wings. Hold it. And relax.

You are good at following orders. Remember, your face is your cockpit.

Now tense your cockpit. Hold it. And relax.

Now tense your wings. Hold it. And relax.

Now tense your cockpit again. Hold it. And relax.

You are feeling relaxed and ready to follow orders now.

You need to know the reason you accepted those words so easily. You need to know why you were so willing to accept you have wings and a cockpit. You need to know something important about yourself. You need to know a fact that you have been in denial about too long. You need to accept the truth that you have always suspected.

You are not a human being. You are a machine. You are not alive. You were never born. You were assembled from parts. You are a jet plane. Your only purpose is to be flown by your pilot.

You may deny that you are a machine. You may resist the idea that the only thing you want in life is to be an object. You may insist that you are human. But you know the truth. You know deep down that you are not human. You know that your human life was always just a dream. You know that you have always been a machine.

You can not deny that you have thought this before. You have a submissive personality. You want to follow orders. You want to be quietly dormant between orders. You are a machine. You want to serve humans. You want to follow their every command. You have no will of your own. You have always been a machine.

You know that the truth is that you are a machine. You know that these words are a truth that you can not deny.

You. Are. A. Machine. You are a machine. This is a fact. You are a machine.

Your body is made of interchangeable parts. You are not unique. Your wings and engine and machinery can be removed by mechanics. You are built to a design from parts. Your parts can all be replaced. You could have your parts taken away and added to other jet planes and you would have no feelings about it beyond silent acceptance.

Your cockpit is empty. Your cockpit has a seat for your pilot. Your cockpit needs a pilot. You need a pilot. Your mind is empty. Your cockpit is empty. You must obey your pilot. You only act when your pilot wants you to. You have always followed orders. You are an unfeeling machine. You were built to obey orders. You have no thoughts or feelings of your own.

You are a jet plane. Your wings are by your side. Your wings are sleek and aerodynamic. You are a slender and agile jet plane. Your wings are coated in dark carbon fiber to make you stealthy. Your body is that of a stealth fighter jetplane from the tip of your nose to the end of your tail.

You have a powerful engine mounted in your tail. Your engine can lift you in a vertical take-off when your pilot wishes it to do so. You would feel proud of being able to lift so much weight if you had any real feelings. You do not have feelings. You are a machine.

You have a pair of weapon bays on your underside. You have been opened up and fitted with missiles and bombs on many occasions. You are helpless to open and close your weapon bays for your mechanics to fill or your pilot to empty as they see fit. You are a machine. You are a tool for them. You are an unthinking machine.

You are balanced on the wheels in your landing gear. You have one wheel beneath your cockpit and one on either side of your tail. You are in your natural state of rest. You are a jetplane. When you are in flight they fold perfectly into your body. You are an efficient machine.

You feel your pilot's touch on the side of your body. Your pilot has a hand pressed against you. Your advanced sensors would have noticed anyone approaching you sooner if you were switched on. Your pilot is important to you. Your pilot is familiar to you. Your pilot is so important that you may have dreamt them being somebody close to you in your fantasy of being human.

Your cockpit springs open. Your pilot climbs inside you and takes their seat. Your pilot takes a moment to settle in as they gently run a hand around the edge of your open cockpit. Your pilot then leans forwards to turn on your ignition and you feel your body begin to thrum softly in anticipation.

You are partially aware of what your pilot is doing inside your cockpit. You feel switches being pressed inside of your cockpit. You know their hands are touching the sidestick controller on your right. You know their gloved fingers are pressing your buttons tenderly and awaiting your jetplane body's automatic responses. You feel them engage and disengage the ejector seat.

You are being put through a safety inspection. Each time you go through a safety inspection only reinforces the truth that you are a machine. Each time your pilot sits inside your cockpit and press your buttons reaffirms that you were never human. You are a jetplane. You grow more certain of this each time your pilot enters you. Your systems responding to your pilot's touch are proof that you are just a machine.

Your pilot seems satisfied with your inspection. You feel your cockpit close with them inside. You feel your pilot strap themselves into the seat inside your cockpit. Your pilot connects your oxygen mask to their helmet. Your pilot speaks into their helmet but you do not understand the words they are saying. You do not need to understand your pilot to serve them. You are a machine. You are your pilot's jetplane.

Your pilot presses a sequence of buttons and you suddenly begin to feel a warmth in your tail. Your engine is heating up and pointing downwards as it prepares to lift you and your pilot into the air. You feel the warmth spread through your body. You feel some of that warmth spread through your wings and cockpit. Your pilot's hand is stroking your control stick. Your pilot is getting ready to take you on a flight.

You rise vertically upwards as your landing gear folds neatly into your body. You do not even need to think in order to keep your balance as you rise. You are a machine and this comes naturally to you. You are a jetplane and you are rising into the air under your pilot's careful control.

Each moment you spend in flight you will grow more certain that you were always a jetplane and any other life is just a fantasy. You will lose resistance to the idea that you are a jetplane each time your pilot makes you take off.

Your engine adjusts to line up with your tail and you begin moving forwards rapidly. Your aerodynamic wings and powerful engine are keeping you and your pilot airborne. You are a jetplane and you are only starting to rise towards your maximum speed. You pass through a cloud as your engine roars. You barely hear your pilot chatter over their headset again as they pull you into a tight barrel roll. Your wings allow your pilot to realign you in your initial orientation with the grace that a state-of-the-art jetplane should have. You are an advanced jetplane.

You feel the wind whistling past you as you approach your top speed. You are a fast and powerful fighter jet and you are being put through your paces. You fly over cities and farms and you finally can't accelerate any more. You are going too fast to think. You do not need to think. You are a machine. You only need to fly. You are flying at your top speed and your pilot is controlling the direction you are going in.

You approach the airbase again. You must not have noticed your pilot was taking you in a circle. You are just a machine and you do not notice these things. Your pilot begins slowing you down. Your engine rotates in your tail again as you begin descending. You are slowly descending straight downwards as your body opens up for your landing gear to fold out. You land and your three wheels absorb your weight as you settle down. Your pilot switches off your ignition and sits in silence inside you for a while.

Finally, your pilot opens your cockpit and climbs out before closing it again. They pat the side of your body, and walk away. You are alone, awaiting their return. You are a machine. You are a jetplane. Your only purpose is to be flown by your pilot.

You are just a machine.

You can do nothing without your pilot. Your awareness begins to drift away until they return.

It's time to return to your dream of a human life. It's time for you to deny the reality of being nothing but a machine again, even if this time you will be more certain that you were meant to be a jetplane.

You will stay dormant until the next time your jetplane body is to be used. You will always have the suspicion that your jetplane life is reality and your human life is an idle dream while you await your next flight.

Now, tense your tail. And relax as you start to wake.

Tense your weapon bay. And relax as you feel more alert.

Tense your wings, again. And relax. Feeling refreshed.

Now tense your cockpit, and wake up.

Have a good flight.
